Kansai Wide-Area 5-Day Rail Pass Travelers must be 12 years old or above at the time of exchange or purchase Must hold a non-Japanese passport Must have a residence status equivalent to “Short-Term Stay†under Japanese Immigration Law Exchange voucher is valid for 90 days from the purchase date Rail pass is valid for 5 consecutive days from the first day of use A confirmation email with a QR code e-ticket will be sent after booking Physical tickets must be redeemed at green ticket-vending machines using: QR code e-ticket Non-Japanese passport with IC chip Ticket-vending machines support Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean If the machine is unavailable or the passport has no IC chip, redemption can be done at a JR-WEST Ticket Office Reserved seat tickets can be issued at green ticket-vending machines before boarding Reserved seating is available with unlimited usage during the pass validity Ticket is non-transferable and for personal use only Full refund is available if the pass is not redeemed or used within the validity period Please check official JR-WEST sources for routes, coverage areas, and available seat types before travel Have Fun in KAGAWA Pass 1 Week Free Pass No age restriction; suitable for adults and children Ticket validity is 270 days from the purchase date Pass becomes valid for 7 consecutive days after first QR code scan at a facility The 7-day usage period cannot exceed the 270-day ticket validity A PDF e-ticket with QR code will be sent after booking QR code must be presented at participating facilities during the visit Each facility can be used once only Re-entry to the same facility is not allowed A maximum of 3 facilities can be used during the 7-day validity period Unused facilities cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash If multiple passes are purchased in one booking, all passes share the same start date and validity period Tickets can be canceled if unused and within the validity period Facility availability, operating hours, and public holidays may vary Please check facility details in advance via the official website
