Please arrive at the check-in location at least 10 minutes before departure. If you miss the departure time, you will not be able to board the ship. Please take note. Restrooms are not available during the cruise, please use the facilities before boarding. In case of rain, the vessel will be equipped with rain shelters and operate normally. However, if there are weather warnings, strong winds, or sudden heavy rainfall, the voyage may be canceled or the route altered. We appreciate your understanding. Whether the voyage will proceed as scheduled will be determined and notified based on the weather forecast at 17:00 the previous day; the final decision will be confirmed 3 hours before departure. After booking, you will receive an e-ticket. Upon arrival, please open the link in your e-ticket and tap "Use", then present the screen to the staff for verification. * Internet access is required when presenting the e-ticket, so please ensure you have a network connection prepared in advance.
