On the day of your meal, present your email confirmation at the restaurant for entry. - To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure your contact information in Japan is working properly. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or by calling the 400 hotline. If you cancel last minute or arrive late due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
