- Minimum 2 guests per package; all guests in the same group must order the same package. -On the day of dining, please present your email confirmation to enter the restaurant. - To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure your contact information in Japan is working properly. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or by calling 400. If you cannot check in smoothly, please contact us promptly Friendly reminder 1. Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel or arrive late for your reservation due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee to the restaurant. This amount is non-refundable, and our store cannot be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before making restaurant reservations. 2.
