Wear comfortable sneakers and clothing that covers your skin — paths are uneven and dimly lit, and insects are active throughout the park. Allow ample time for your visit, as the park is spacious. Use public transportation, as the parking lot is expected to be crowded. Guests with a disability certificate and 1 companion may purchase discounted tickets. Disability certificates from any country are accepted, as is a disabled person's Mirallo ID. Each person must hold their own ticket, and proof of disability is verified at the entrance — enter together with your companion. No child discounts are available. Children (junior high school and below) must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. 1 guardian may accompany up to 3 children. Children under 5 enter free. Visit on the date and time printed on your ticket. Queue at the entrance for entry. There is no time limit once inside, but re-entry after exit is not permitted. During peak times, you may need to queue outside before entering. When leaving the queue temporarily, ensure your companion remains in line. Some attractions may be temporarily closed due to overcrowding or maintenance, and certain works or styles may change by season. The venue may suspend operations due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, storm or heavy rain warnings, lightning, or an earthquake of magnitude 4 or higher. Cancellations will be announced on the official website and social media. No refunds are issued except in cases of business closure, and travel expenses cannot be compensated. Prohibited items include: alcoholic beverages and food, carry-on baggage over 50cm in length, hazardous or odorous items, flowers, open-flame items, and beverages without caps (excluding plastic water bottles and flasks). Smoking, open flames, eating, and chewing gum are prohibited throughout the park and exhibition spaces. Beverages only are permitted inside. The exhibit features flashing lights, bright illumination, and loud sounds in some areas. Do not touch projectors, sensors, lights, or any equipment. Wheelchairs are permitted, but some artworks may not be fully accessible due to safety constraints. Contact the representative number for details. Guests who are unwell or intoxicated will be denied entry. You may be asked to present a valid ID confirming your name and age. Photography is welcome but must not inconvenience other visitors. Flash photography, drones, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited. Commercial photography or interviews require prior approval. Media may be present on-site — inform staff if you prefer not to be photographed. Only service animals are permitted. All other pets are prohibited. Do not enter fenced areas, ponds, planted areas, or any restricted zones. Do not pick plants or feed birds and other animals. Please follow staff instructions at all times. Non-compliance may result in removal from the venue. Take all trash with you. The organizer is not liable for injuries, losses, theft, or disputes arising from use of the facility.
